I`ve heard there is a way to use scripts without using SIMOTION SCOUT, just by creating a serial communication via PC and drive. Have you heard something about that? This is a nice way of making easier and cheaper interfaces through computers and Siemens Drives.

DenisMor Posts: 344 Rating: (50)	There is an example project for communication to Micromaster & Sinamics G110 from a PC via Microsoft VB Script. It is under the following link, but it is an internal document. Which means, Siemens wants you to contact you local representative/partner, so they can provide this documentation for you and help you out with it a bit. A hotline may be able to provide this documentation as well.
