I am using on delay timer at Simatic manager in different network .

Network wise my first timer can't work always.when i shift the first timer in to second or any other position its working but i can't find the reason for that.

May I suggest that you make a screen capture of the code you are speaking of. This would help in understanding you more clearly.

To make a screen capture you can use an application such as ShareX or built-in to Windows: "Snippet Tool".

in this same timer i copied in to network 9 it was worked.

 Again, i will repeat my self... Where do you write to M700.0 in the program? Somewhere in your program, that bit is actively being reset.

have you tried    AN     M700.0?

or click with mouse on M 700.0 and CTRL+ALT+Q and see where you use this bit
