I recommend check Help of your used Timer. There you can see Input/Output parameters of block and respected data type of each parameter. You can create memory with each of data type to parameter, set to input parameters values and start timer. Then you can see how it work. Try imagine you're PLC and what step you need do. Via this steps you can create your logic.

Thank you for your answer.
The requirement is to turn on and off sequence of traffic lights. As shown in attached picture i have used 5 timers to run the sequence. And now the same program has to be done with using only one timer , lets say Timer1.
How do i feed the same timer with differnt time values is the problem now.
