Hi everyone

I have a sinamics G120. I want to make a project for my university that PID controller, controls speed of a motor, but there is nothing in internet and specially in siemens website. i want a complete example. For example first how do we should use nicole ziegler method? how do we should wiring it? how do we should use or change parameters?

i found it in google search. in this paper there is nothing about how do we should achieve the Kp, Ki and Kd, how we should wiring it , and etc.

there are a lot of project about LOGO! that are completely described. but there is no example about PID in SINAMICS.

In our country Delta educations works excellent, I think Siemens have to works more in education.

 The values used in PID (P, I & D) depends on the application to which it is used for.

The wiring depends on the control side, if you are using a field bus (Profinet, Profibus, etc...) or hard wired signals from PLC. All of the connection examples are allready in the manual. You just have to undestand what you need for a PID controller to work.
