Dear Expert,

We used a Sinamics G120 PM240-2 ( 6SL3210-1PE32-5UL0; S T-JN29700349) 132 KW drive which application is Compressor motor. Also which control unit Sinamics G120 240E-2 V 4.7. In this drive's two capacitor blown on pcb board at running condition.Then replace capacitors on pcb board and power up into the drive. At the moment No fault Present & drive is ready but not running. For kind information, DC bus voltage 563V, Control Unit & Controlling Voltage 24V Ok, Power input into to the drive two phase 400V From Transformer just test purpose. Another information is warranty issue for this drive. I don't know why drive is not running? I am waiting for your kind cooperation.

Is the Ready blinking or not, if it blinking then the drive in Identification phase I think. check parameters p1900 and p1910 and p1960. change them to inhibited or go through the commissioning wizard again which will but them to inhibited.

Ready LED not blinking ok Position, parameter 1900=0, 1910=0, & 1960=0 But Not run....

Please check below points.

1. Have you connected reference/set point & applied correct value?

2. Have you enabled STO? 

3. Have you select any one of MACRO application? If yes, please check drive terminal wiring & connections as per MACRO application

4. Check if drive runs from BOP as per operational keys.
