S7-300 Retentive Memory Problem

The PLC was working fine and there was no problem with retentive memory. Now since 3,4 days, facing problem that if we power OFF the PLC, all contents of retentive data registers become zero. can you please tell me what may be the reason? waiting for reply. Thanks Shoaib
