Harsha69 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hi , I have a Problem with MMC card reset,I am trying to format the MMC card Earlier this was used in IM151-8 CPU but now i Placed it in CPU S7-300,now the CPU is showing SF and blinking BF and i am even unable to communicate to CPU S7-300.

vipz Gold Member Joined: 9/2/2012 Last visit: 9/25/2025 Posts: 712 Rating: (30)	Hai, follow this step if stop led also blinking-- 1. power on 2. keep mode selector at MRES position as long as stop led is stable(may take 8-10second) 3.once it is stable,put mode selector switch at stop and immediately put back to mres. 4. then stop led will blink with high speed 5.release the mode selector switch 6.aftr this, stop led will be stable, =>mmc got reseted.

Harsha69 Posts: 8 Rating: (0)	Hello Ste39, Generally there is one Procedure for formating the MMC card by going into Step-7-> PLC ->Display Accessible nodes then there it shows few blocks by selecting all and deleting it the user data Program gets deleted in memory card.i am familiar with that Process but in my case the MMC card was initially used in IM151-8 but now it is unexpectedly placed in CPU 300 by then my CPU is showing SF and BF
