I am facing problem in VFD Sinamics G120 CU 240 B-2 & E-2 version 4.6

F01662 ( Module Internal communication Error)  came continuously &  power ON-OFF required to reset.Within 2-3 hour fault occurs. Version of control unit was 4.6. This fault came in near about 9 to 10 VFD. All VFD in profibus communication.Using as Pump ,agitator application.

To solve problem I upgrade firmware version from 4.6 to 4.7. After observation found  that frequency of fault reduced but problem not solved completely. Some time F01205 ( Time Slice Overflow)  also came in between.

Any suggestions to solve problem completely ??????

some times the problem could be in the power module and gives communication fault.

If you have similar VFD in the same project or same machine try to swap between with the power module.

also , you can make the same thing to the communication module with changing the address.
