Can you explain the solve clearly please

Hi,

My problem solved after selecting the communication protocol ( Ethernet ) and the correct IP address of my HMI. It then connects and downloaded without any problems.

Make sure of the following :

1- You must put the HMI in transfer mode manually

2- You must check the protocols from the control panel in your HMI (Profinet, MPI,... ) as to be enabled.

3- Make sure of your IP address of the HMI and your machine PC as they must be in the same range of IPs and subnet mask.

4- ping on the HMI IP, if it is ok, then try to follow the method in the first.

Hi;

Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi M.2 Adapter   was using HMI address  192.168.0.2  .

I erased the wifi ip and then problem solved. Thanks for your advices.
