Problem with Simotion D435 - It shows continuosly F.1

We have a problem with a D435, and need some help. ;-) To energize the system, the plc do not do nazing, ligth on all leds and the diplay show continuosly "F.1". We try factory reset by PLC switch = 3 and the situation there are no change... Helo, which D435 exactly (Order Number) Which FW Version exactly on the CF.
