Is it possible to switch between stop to run mode of SIMOTION D425 from HMI ? 

Yes.

There's a global device variable which shows the current operating state and also is writable. Don't know its name by heart. It's something like _operatingMode or so.

 Yes there is variable but it’s only holding STOP and STOP-U mode 

anyway will check again

Method:1 If directly move value 3 to modeofOperation tag means its gives me error during compelling program 

Error: SINT to EnumDeviceModeOf Operation is not possible

Method:2 Now i'm directly writing value 3 from HMI button using SetTag   its working fine 

can you tell me what is wrong with Method:1 ?

if you use the variable in the Program of SIMOTION you must use the Enum Type of the symbol, not the Enum Number.

modeOfOpertioan:=_RUN

Yes if i use _RUN mode means there is no error

but note:
If simotion is not in run the code is not executed 

will use from HMI itself
