Hi, I'm using a KTP700F mobile panel with an S7 319F CPU.

The emergency stop is hardwired to an ET200SP safety input module via the connection box and works fine.

I want to use the enabling switch when moving equipment in manual mode. The switch is again hard wired to a ET200SP safety input module via the connection box but when I operate it I don't see the switch signals coming back to the safety module.

I have tried both 'Emergency stop evaluated by Profisafe' and 'Emergency stop evaluated by safety relay' methods on the mobile panel. In both cases the E-Stop works OK but not the enable switch.

Wiring has been checked and is OK.

Any thoughts??

try to use mode "Stop evaluated by safety relay", PROFIsafe disabled (hardwired system)

then you get  signals e-stop and release button on safety inputs
