I'm a marine engineer commissioning a  S120 blue drive for ASM in SLVC mode.

after starting drive stalled after few discontinuous revolution ,

As i connect to CU with starter and start review and modifying the problematic parameters,in torque limitation area as you see in image no mater what i change i get 20% of rated motor torque as effective torque limit  could any one help me to find out  that which parameter that i think is  not included in function diagram is causing   that reduction?

are you in torque controlled mode, or have a power limit or current limit.

And check  the actual r36 - depend on  p290

drive is in encoderless speed control.

here is the power & torque limit (attachment),

by referring to r36 you think may be drive overloaded ?

but max current was almost 10 A during operation ,when we have max of 1270 A.
