I'm trying to change IP address, but it's not going well. I'd like to change eth0 to 192.168.0.100, so I changed in iot2000setup. After that, IP address didn't change and I cannot change IP address again in iot2000setup like attached picture. What is wrong in this process? How should I do? or I made miss understanding for IOT2040 specification? with best regards Attachment IP_configuration.png (427 Downloads)

Or if you have a WiFi device plugged you have to add "dhcp" or at least any static IP to the wlan0 line, otherwise the restarting of the configuration fails. You can edit the file /etc/network/interfaces with the command nano /etc/network/interfaces and check the IP address. After editing this file you have to restart the network interfaces manually with the command /etc/init.d/networking restart The other possibility is to rewrite the example image on the SD card and start again. After changing, I cannot connect internet via eth1. Attached picture says eth1 is dhcp. but ping to google is not connecting... Do I only reset SDcard? If not, you have to change the IP of eth0, because it is not possible to have two seperated interfaces (eth0 and eth1) in the same network. For example to 192.168.1.xxx If yes, you only will have to use one of the two interfaces. Best regards!
