Hallo, I’m working with client server project PCS v6.1 SP2. My project consist of two redundant processors 417-4H, two redundant servers and four clients.

From visualization on servers I can see trends in TrendControl window , but when I tray to open in on client I can see only widow with progress , this window indicates that client tray to read this values but without results. Progress window stay visible until I close TrendControl.

Does anyone have the same problems?

Thank you for advice,

Problem was that I installed redconnect software on Server.

After recovering windows with software I saw trends on client.

Problem was with Simatic Net PC Software.

We received servers with this software preinstalled. When I try to install Redconnect I get information that I have old version of Simatic Net PC Software (v6.3) and it will be updated to version 6.4. That new version 6.4 make my trends invisible in client stations.

In my project I needed to install redconnet only on engineering station. Servers need only license from redconnet.
