For 0..10V analog input you get a value of 0..1000. For 0..20mA you need a value of 0..1000 at the anlog output, for 4..20mA you need a value of 200..1000 at the analog output. The difference is 1000 at the input and 800 at the output, therefore you need an amplifier with a gain of 800/1000=0,8 and an offset of 200. That's all.

To my knowledge, the LOGO! makes the conversion itself.
Therefore you have the choice among the I/O positions, whether 0-20mA or 0-10V (equivalent to 0-1000 units) or 4-20mA (1000 units converted to 0-800 units with an offset of 200, so 200-1000 units).
