I Am using Simotion d425 with S71500 PLC, in One of my Axis I have The Problem, The Error Code On The simotion is 20005 : Device type:1, log. address:302 faulted. (Bit:0, encoder number:0, reason: 0x4h       Reason is DP: Drive disconnected itself ). But There is no error in Sinamics..

What Could be the problem kindly help to solve...

With the complete buffer we can undersand better...

It is very strange that after a 20005 there aren't Sinamics alarms...

Unfortunately the 20005 is the most important defect of Siemens diagnostics : you have a red led on Simotion, perhaps another red led on the Sinamics and a big headache because these are the only information that final customer will tell to you... So if this happens to a final customer you have to connect to the machine... Sometimes taking a plane...

@Siemens : please please please : make things super easy : let us to take on HMI the Sinamics and Simotion diagnostics....

Hello, I see F01630 and F30630 which seems to be related to the brake of the motor (I hope my analisys is correct, maybe Christoph can help us better).

So I'd suggest to check the brake parametrization (Sinamics Integrated, Configure DDS) and also the hard wiring of the brake...
