TP177B DP Download Problem

I have select "MPI (WINCC)> PC ADAPTER USB A2.MPI" under Access Point of Application, in properties >Address =0, baudrate = 1.5 in HMI , MPI is selected and address is 1 and baudrate= 1.5 I have entered address 1 in prosave. but it is not communicating. please help
