Dear Experts,

We have a TP177a HMI at customer's place where the login has been locked because of wrong entry attempts.

Also we dont have any backup for the download.

Can anyone suggest any solution to this

1) We cant factory reset as no original backup is there

2) We tried User as Admin and password as 100

We have solved the issue, by taking backup from another same hmi with same user administration.
