I have two TP900 and two tp1200 panel that stuck on siemens logo and does not start wince.

i try prosave and can not communicate with PN Ethernet and PN PtP Crossover cable.

what cause this problem and how can i repair it?

This is an issue that can happen.

You need to reset it booting on a usb:

The usb need to be usb 2.0 and even then, not all usb sticks work, so you may need to search around.

Unfortunately, you can not do it because it requires technical repairs

I tried usb stick and extract cp_7_9_12_V15.fwf  on it ,based on ktp method but nothing happend

i also try various usb flash memories.

It does not fix it. Technical repairs are required
