How would i link it so it stores every 8 hours though? The HMI that i use is KTP400 Basic PN |

Another way is to build a chain with last values. You can expand the chain depend on free blocks. See the principle in the attached program. There a 2 chains, one for a fault number, but you can use any analog value and the second for a self created timer. You can delete the timer and the second chain, if you don't need or create e.g. a counter number, because you have a sheduler with fixed times. You can map all blocks in the VM mapping to get access with the display. If it is possible for the display to use AM1, AM2, AM3 ... directly, then forget the mapping. Try it out, perhaps it is useful for you. Regards, Scorp P.S. I have seen, the KTP400 has an Alarm buffer for 256 alarms.
