Thanks Technology team. that worked . There was a problem beacuse of different online/offline Checksum . the right sequence to download the program was not followed.

1. We went online changed settings in the safety function.

2. copy parameter and accept change + Ram to Rom while still online.

3. go offline, do a power on .

4. go online again and copy to PG and save. 

and the fault is away . the safety test itsef didn't give much problem.

A follow up question .

after the set time for Safety test renewal is it possible to perfom the test through a block in TIA instead of Starter tool?

thanks , yes i mean the test stop, i will go through the manual once to set it up .
