However There is an error show on diagnostic screen about firmware and IO device failure as the attached picture. I try to updated firmware from version 4.7.9 to 4.7.10. But after updated the problem still exist. Has anybody meet this before? Thank you Attachment 2.png (304 Downloads)

Can you found the devices in accessible nodes? how you connected to the devices? ho is the wiring between, PLC, drives, PC? Regards Christoph

sergiu_md85 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	hello i connect the drive to plc via a switch in tia i select device,setup an ip in the same range setup in the same pn/ie network,when i want to connect the response is 'cannot connect to device' in picture attached a image with error 'cannot reach the device ' i have tia portal v15.0 with start drive advance v15.0,i think i'm not install correct hps version?!
