Using braking resistor with different resistance value

It say use the : 6SL3201-0BE21-0AA0 (140Ω 200W) But I have 6SL3201-0BE21-8AA0 (75Ω 375W). Can I use this. If I can, what is the pros and cons? If I can't, why? Best regards
