Sinumerik 840D NCU lost communication with LT drives and it's in fault

William Jimenez Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hi there. Dear experts. Can you tell me please where can I find information about how to solve this issue with a lathe mahine in my workplace. I mean, this thing has a Sinumerik 840D connected to a HMI and so on as manual says. Suddendly it's in fault condition. Nothing start at all, and I don't have communication with LT drives, not any voltage, not any signal. I've already made a restore opperation in case something got wrong with NCU program. Their comments are in spanish, but those pictores have codes and things normally that normally applies to Sinumerik. I will post additional pictures with photos. Actually I'm thinking to replace NCU, because I can't receive status information and voltage from all drives and that's not normal, I guess, because last year it was possible to see other drives despite there was one wrong. It says something like regulator board within one drive is faulty, but I swapped them (spindle drives C10 and C1) and the alarm list is still the same.
