I have a problem with the sto function of my v90.

The STO terminals of the drive are directly connected to the outputs of my safety card.

The problem is that every 15 minutes my v90 goes into default sto.

This time corresponds to the bit pattern test I think.

Are there any settings to modify in the v90 or on my card to no longer have the problem?

Hello,

as you mentioned, you have to deactivate the dark test. This can be done also with F-PME and firmware V2.0.0:

Precondition for installing this firmware is, that your F-PME has the E (hardware) version 05:

Dark Test Pulses should be filtered to get 24V continuously to Drive. This is only possible by using Filter Terminal Blocks (Filter terminal block - PSR-FTB/20/86 – 2904477 or Filter terminal block -PSR-FTB/1.5/11.5 – 2904476).

The PSR-FTB filter terminal block is used for 24V signals affected by EMI and with test-pulse-sensitive loads."
