Yes Complete backup takes Project data like Recipes, User admin.
Additionally it also take back up of your control panel settings, any addons, installed drivers, fonts and many.

the Answer of Neren is  not completley correct!

THe Backup makes only a Backup of Data that are on the Flash of the Panel, like an image that is created.

If you use an external Memory for Recipe data and Logging data then this is not backuped.

Only if the recipe data path is projected in the Flash then the backup takes it with it.
