Problem with the magazine.

AutoGen_9299174 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	I have a problem with a Dmu40EVo 840D. At a startup i couldn`t go to zero in C axis and the machine have an alarm with the magazine not in zeroposition. I tried to set the password and in custom menu toolhandling reset and press button go to zeroposition. It doesn`t work. I can open the door to magazine an manually rotate the magazine. In gripper 1 it is a tool and in spindle it is a tool. I dont know how to solve this problem. i appriciate some help what to do. Tessan
