 I can login now, I found your WinPCIN setting is wrong, you need select Hardware Stop (RST/CST)

 Let start from beginning --

#1--You must make sure you have all good back up NC and PLC files

Normally most OEM made back up in archive all data including drive data in one file but not sure yours

#2--do you want to pay any price to recovery this machine?

I mean I know you need some special "tool"--such as you need Siemens PG/PC with instillation of 

"HMI advnced for PC"--that will like high level HMI --it can connect directly to your 810D and transfer the data to 810D.

BUT you know #1 is very important

I did as you said but my problem didn't solve. On the other  hand, machine HMI doesn't  follow of hardware type as I pointed to some pics in pervious comments. I really don't know what should I do?!

contact your local Siemens branch --to see they can help

You need Siemens PG/PC with HMI Advanced for PC installed in the PG/PC , then connected to 810D MPI port to transfer your back up to 810D

Thanks for your complete reaply

I found OEM backup and attached for you. But the result was not good. When I transfering NC data, transfer data in HMI stopping on one number(512) but pc transfer data just keep going. 

Can I have your suggestion?
