810D Need to Clear ALARM 3000 Emergency Stop

CaseyE Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have a Northwood router controlled with a Sinumerik 810D that we are having problems with. The machine gave us a spindle inverter error last week that we couldn't manage to clear. The machine was reset several times. After giving up for the day the power to the machine was turned off and the router table and head were Manually (as in by hand) returned to their home positions for the weekend. Now Monday morning this week and we have a Emergency stop error that we can't clear. I assume it has to do with manually sliding that table and head back but I dont know enough about it. Thanks in advance for any help

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello, Please check in the Diagnosis screen there is any further alarms are there. You need to look in side the drive panel i.e in the CCU card and see the status. Drive side in IR module / UE module what is the indication? Emergency stop may be caused because of many reason. Please check Regards, Prakash
