Im working with a program where i need to run a motor for about 2 days and then start another motor for 2 days and so on.

But with some other functions i would want to stop the timer, but when it has started counting it doesnt stop even tho the EN and IN signal is 0

How can you stop the timer for SFB5?

Yes, but I was wondering about some reset function for the timer.

Because when the the IN input goes to false the timer continues running until the time in PT is done.

So is it possible to stop the PT time or do you need to do some extra functions for that?

Yes I would want the feeling of simatic timers where the timer reset input also resets the time.

Because if you put the running motor in manual mode it should stop and when put back into automatic mode go by the program. But now when the time doesnt reset to 0, the motor continues running directly when put into automatic mode.

Is it possible to buid a solution in FBD or ladder language or does it have to be in stl?
