Hello everyone,

I am working on a project where I have to upgrade a HMI project from ProTool to WINCC flexible 2008 SP3.

I already have this software installed:

- STEP 7 V5.5+SP4

- ProTool/Pro CS V6.0 SP3

- WINCC flexible 2008 SP2 Advanced

With that software I am able to open the existing project with STEP 7 and ProTool. Then I try to open the project with WINCC to start the migration but I have the error in the picture attached.

It says that "cannot connect to configured SQL server. Make sure the service MSSQL$WINCCFLEXEXPRESS is running and not disabled".  

When I try to look for this service in Administrative Tool of windows XP, I cannot find it in the list.

In some of the points says that I should uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server and try to install it again using Control panel and repair. However when I check the installed software in the computer, I cannot find any program related to Microsoft SQL Server. 

Could anyone give me any advice about this problem?
