the problem cna be caused by defective memory card or wrong program on memory card.

what happens if you insert the memory card before power on the PLC?

Is the memorycard empty or a project on it?

which memory card exactly?

Is the memory card fromated in windows then it is no longer usable with the plc!

When I put MMC befor powering up on stop mode it doesn't show any error, but when I turn to RUN mode SF lights up. 

How can I check what is on memory card? Sorry I am beginner with Siemens.

It is SC-W6 ES:01            6ES7953-8LF20-0AA0

I don't know if it was erased via Windows I just got it, but I don't think so.

firstly,never insert or pull out the MMc while cpu is running or power is on.

secondly, after insert the mmc ,turn the power on, download the program and finally run the cpu.

if the fault still remains, check the diagnostic buffer and see what it says.
