I do not see in your configuration (HWConfig or physical) a required end-module, 750-600.

It is necessary to have such a module at the opposite end of the coupler's mechanical installation, to close the backplane bus.

See the attachment below, showing a sample configuration for the 750-343, taken from the 750-343 manual.

Start by procuring and installing the end-module, If you still cannot see the I/O modules, then we need to investigate your installation further.
