Motor does not accelerate more than 1200 prm

Dmitriy7d2 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	The problem motor - It doesn’t accelerate more than 1,200 rpm. Up to 1200, the current and the moment is small. When setting high revs, the moment increases up to 40Hm, but the motor still doesn’t turn more than 1200. Used- closed loop control speed.Motor parameters are determined using auto-identification. List of equipment: Sinamics S120 AC / AC 18kwt (40A), no-name motor - 5.5 kWt nominal speed 1500 prm, max -2000), absolute encoder Sick AMH63A. Attachment 2_up_to_1300prm.JPG (108 Downloads)

The dynamics (acceleration, deceleration and jerk) of course also influence the maximum reached velocity depending on the travel distance. So I mean with low acceleration values you will not reach the max speed on a short travel distance. Please check the dynamics settings of the EPOS. You can also try to run the motor with the control panel in STARTER in speed mode and check whether you reach your 1500rpm.

If you zoom in to the trace very close it looks like the speed setpoint was reached for a short time but then is limited down due to some reason.
