In HMI use a button.

Make by HMI tags a tag named "button" (or what you want) with the address e.g. V0.0.

Under events by the button make a function by Press with "SetBitWhileKeyPressed" with tag "button".

In LOGO! programm use a digital network input with the same address as the tag in the HMI, e.g. V0.0. Connect the network input to the trigger input (Trg) of the pulse relay. Under properties of the pulse relay set the checkmark by retentivity.
