i am Mohamed Sattar from Saudi  we are using siemens 802d but this time no any program in the system so tell me sir which is the best software for backup all old program. we are using window 10 in the laptop and we don't have serial port  also in our laptop .

and how we can get the software we can pay but we need a good software.

You need laptop with serial port, cable & winpcin step 7 PLC802 software to take NC & PLC back up. or else you need NC card so as to back up of system, But please note, back up taken on NC card can not be accessed or edited.

You can use serial to USB converter cable.

Connect the USB to the laptop and install the cable driver to the laptop. Then make the backup.

According you response we can not accessed and edit the program then which software we can  access, read or edit the program (NC , PLC etc )
