How to restore the BOOT3 partition files on CU320-2 flashcard?

ReiRau Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	I deleted the BOOT3 partition files on my CU320-2 flashcard by mistake. I tried to restore them from the Windows Recycle bin but did not see the files there. Is there no possibility to restore the files? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sinamics CU320 CF Boot sector file.
