In my recent project customer demand data logging in USB stick, so I have provided as per his requirements.

But there are some problems regarding CSV file format.

1.Current Data logging done in attached horizontal Row (as per attachment - Current Format ). But customer demand in vertical format (As per attachment - Required Format or similar to that). I have tried but I filed.

2. In other make HMI operator can view data log table on screen. Does is possible in comfort panel??

3. Up to my knowledge history trend need to refresh to show you latest data. This is software limitation. This limitation still persist in TIA v14?

In WinCC Professional I use this script:

HMI Simatic Panels have Windows CE as OS so you have to use a different File System Object than PC's one. Take a look at this link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/59604194

For this reason you have to make script debugging directly on HMI panel.

I have already tried mentioned link, given sample is more similar to generating report.

Mine is continuous data logging, means at start of process Data logging start and at end of process data logging stop. ( in same process there is report generation I have used mentioned example in that)

 Hi Nirav, the differences are not so much, you have only trigger the call a script using a tag in PLC.

In this script you will write values for tags you need to store. Next call of the script you will save another line in CSV file and so on every call of the script. When your batch ends you stop to trigger the script until next restart. In this way you can save tag's value only for your batch.
