I am setting up some servomotors with G120 drive and CU250 controllers over PROFIbus from an S7-1200.

Please see the picture below, i am using the trace function.

Basically i want to get rid of the jerking when the drive reaches peak velocity. I have been altering the gain (Kv) and the Precontrol along with the ramping and jerk but none really get the drive to run at a steady state.

Is there any control loop tuning i can run through or what would the correct procedure be when setting up a drive like this?

Hello,

We are trying to work through the second step, using the basic SINA_POS block.

We have set it up according to the data sheet however we are now encountering an alarm, specifically 'Alarm 2, Code:13000, Message: License not adequate (2).'

We have downloaded the drivelib files and installed them for V15, we are just unsure how to resolve this now
