muhammed shafid Experienced Member Joined: 12/25/2018 Last visit: 9/10/2025 Posts: 76 Rating: (0)	guys we have a two tool carriage lathe machine. its showing an error power unit ground fault error as seen in photo. the corresponding x2 z2 axis double motor module showing error by lighting ready led by red. i have checked servo motor winding resistance and insulation resistance it is giving good result. i disconnected motor cables and tried switching on the machine showing same result. anybody have idea how to solve this? thank you Attachment 9cb01d74-1c35-4bc8-ab21-de98c8accb7b.jpg (185 Downloads)

Hello, Before replacing modules, please check below points. 1. Check servo motor & cables for any short circuit. Check with megger & confirm those are healthy. 2. Does this motors are with inbuilt or external brake? If yes, check & confirm release of brake. 3. Check if axis is mechanically jam i.e. locked. If all above tests are healthy, then you can change the power module & check. HTH.
