teleservice connection to CPU 224

smf Experienced Member Joined: 5/18/2007 Last visit: 8/28/2025 Posts: 25 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, I want to use teleservice adapter for remote maintance of plants I have the following configuration: laptop with internal modem teleservice adapter V5.2 siemens mc35i gsm modem teleservice V6.0 CPU S7-224 How do i make a successfull connection to my 224 cpu? i have no problems going online with S7-300 cpu's but the 200 cpu's is giving me problems. First i connect to the teleservice adapter from the teleservice software and then from microwin i choose TS-adapter as my PG/PC interface but i'm still unable to to see my cpu. When i press the refresh button in the communications window to update the list of connected stations it list's 126 unknown stations. I have configured the TS-adapter to operate at 19.6kbps and i have checked the "only master on the bus" checkmark option. What else can i do? and will this work at all?

If i uncheck the "Programming device/pc is the only master on the bus" option in teleservice "Assign adapter parameters" microwin finds no stations at all.. so using the teleservice adapter directly and with a modem gives the same problem. this is how i have configured the adapter btw: Programming device/PC is the only master on the bus=1 Address:0 Network type: MPI Transmission Rate: 19.2Kbps Highest station address: 126 Serial Parameters Bits per second 19200 Data Bits: 8 Parity: None Stop Bits: 1
