Has anybody experienced this/or has a fix.

PCS7 V8.1 wincc 7.3 +upd10

I'm unable to remove wincc alarms, they are acknowledged with a strike through them. This has only happened during a recent power outage on plant, coupled with an unexpected UPS failure.

I have seen a fix for PCS7 V9, but not V8.1

it will eventually disappear when the alarm is triggered again. There is a post talking about this previously. I have attached the link here for your reference.

unfortunately I have to tell you, that there is no solution for PCS 7 8.2 or lower Version to acknowledged with a strike through, which can't acknowledged.

Only with WinCC V7.4 SP1 (compatibility with PCS 7 V9.0) Siemens made some change in the software to delete theses messages.
