SFC controls disabled in faceplate

But operator controls remain disabled both in testmode and OS faceplate. Please letme know any settings to be made enable buttons. (E.g Auto, Manual,Start, Stop, Abort etc).

But from logic interconnections every thing working fine. Even im not seeing these buttons enabled in SFC test mode. Perfomed entire compile and download also.
