Hi everyone. I have trouble my machine can't input password (sunrise) because Password Monitor disappear. Please suggestion to me. And when I start up machine have alarm 120202 and 2001

From NCU 7 segment display, NCU booting is succesfull & PLC is in RUN mode. Now please check if PLC, MCP & drive communication is on PN or PROFIBUS network. Check cable & termination resistor in case of PROFIBUS or check ethernet cable & RJ45 connectors in case it is PN network.
