if i can change this time it will be even better that i can do be defining a static value 

So it is to mimic the function of a pushbutton, this output will activate a relay and the relay contacts will close and open after some time same like a pushbutton

So I Need output and that should stop after x time

I dont want to use timer . this will be inside a 100ms OB

 Use the "output" as an input to a TON timer. Once the timer counts down, reset the "output".

 I'm not sure did I understand you the best:

1. You said you don't want to use timer

• In a case you decide to use TIMER I would go with S_PEXT timer, it does exactly what you need. It keeps OUT active for some time.
  
• Same you can do with IEC timers, TP timer. Be aware you can define them inside STATIC interface.

• For example you decide to keep your output activated x OB1 cycles active. So set OUTPUT and increase counter by 1. After counter reach X you reset output. Counter is working only when OUTPUT is SET otherwise it is zero.
• For example you decide to keep your output activated x OB35 cycles active. So set OUTPUT and increase counter by 1 inside OB35. After counter reach X you reset output. Counter is working only when OUTPUT is SET otherwise it is zero. Since OB35 should be called periodically in fixed time, with this option you know what is the time that elapsed, so it is like with timer.

• SET your output whenever you want, but reset it once you get digital input from relay contacts. If you dont have this DI, wire it.

basically like this 

 You can use a setpoint say T_Set (real) in input. As you are calling it in the 100ms OB so every 100 ms it will execute then we will add some variable x (real)

IF #Start THEN

x = x + 0.1; // as it is executed every 100ms

end_if;

if x>= T_set then

#Start:=0;

x=0.0;

end_if;
