Is there a HSP for "SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008" to add a KTP400 basic color PN?

We can't use a TIA portal, so, we have only Step7 v5.6 and WinCC flexible 2008

when you are using SIMATIC HMI KTP400 Basic Color PN (6AV6647-0AK11-3AX0), then see description:

SIMATIC HMI KTP400 Basic Color PN, Basic Panel, Key/touch operation, 4" widescreen TFT display, 256 colors, PROFINET interface, configurable from WinCC Basic V11 SP2/ STEP 7 Basic V11 SP2, contains open-source software, which is provided free of charge see enclosed CD

So it is not possible to use WinCC flexible to create an application for that device.

If i make a project for panel in TIAPortal WinCC, is there any way to make it work together with main project, wich is maked in Step7 v5? Maybe some additional software?
