My mechanics shakes at low speed

zako_ Posts: 895 Rating: (67)	Please do a bode diagramm of the open loop and closed loop speed control. So you can see if there are some resonance frequencies and if the speed controller is able to fight a against them. If the resonace is at 500Hz for example, noramlly a speed setpoint filter would be set. An other test would be to set p5300 = 1 (check p5308 then) and make a autotuning first (driveobjecttype SERVO).

Hi Nico, Could you please tell me what combination of PLC and drive (S210) and also Telegram you are using? Have you tried to run a test without OBT (One Button Tuning)? On the other hand, could you try to make a One Button Tuning based on factory reset and set before enabling the OBT the parameter p5271 (One Button Tuning configuration) bit 04 (Setting the torque precontrol) to “NO”?
