I have acyclic communication between S7-1200 FW4.2 and S120 CU320 FW4.8 PORT X150.P1 via PROFINET. For communication used WRREC: Write data record and RDREC: Read data record.

Now, I need First commissioning mode, because there are different type of motors and driveClick configurations. 

After send parameters to Start First commissioning PLC lost acyclic communication.

???

Is necessary to use port X127 or there are also other communication options for this problem ??

Just connect to X150.  Make sure your PG has an IP that is on the same subnet.

Thank you for reply. That's a misunderstanding.

For S120 CU320 configuration actualy using PLC S7-1200 via Profinet. - It's Running. (Quick commissioning, Identification, - OK). 

But now I also need using PLC acyclic communication for Start First commissioning on S120 CU320 withou Starter (PG).

P9, index0, Value 30 // Parametr Reset, 

P976, index0, Value 1 // Start reset of all parameters

from PLC, PLC lost acyclic communication with S120 C320 (via Profinet Port X150).

From Starter I can check  r3988 (Boot state) = 200 - First Commissioning, but PLC hasn't acyclic communication for continue Add Drive object P97 and ... 

Can you just use starter please?  You have a network, a computer, and software specifically designed for setup and commissioning, but for some odd reason, you refuse to use it.

Further, you are surprised that when you take a drive offline for commissioning, you get comm faults.

If you would shed a bit of light on what you are actually trying to accomplish, it would help.  Use starter, go through the optimization and be done with it.

Commissioning drives is not difficult.

This is a factory for the production of motors (AM, SM, EC), which are also tested. Data of motors PLC has from SAP connection. The PLC must configurate CU320. And then starts the identification and subsequent testing of the properties of the motor. 

Motors can have different types of encoders, equipment. Until it was necessary to connect to the driveclick other components, everything was ok. The problem occurred when changing the configuration of devices connected to the driveclick. It is not possible to remove from the configuration detected devices, otherwise than through a factory reset. At this time also losing Profinet acyclic communication. 

There is possibility to create also S7-connection between S7-1200 and CU320.
After PLC lost Profinet communication (acylic+cyclic), S7 communication can be used to finish first commissioning and after that continue with configuration via Profinet.
