Hi, everyone.

My customer has a machine from 2006, controlled by SINUMERIK 820 T.GA3. during machine running. suddenly  

getting dark screen and CPU had red LED on, some times 4 LED's on front panel flashing some time no LED on.

waiting for another day or some of hours later machine can run as normal

I replaced CPU for them, but they report having same problem like old CPU.

So who have experiences--what is the cause for this issue

Is it 802 or 828? PL or SL?
